To get started, you need a Russian trademark registration certificate (or a pending application), a design patent, or other intellectual property protection documents. If registration has not yet been completed, we can help secure your rights before launching the enforcement program.
Blocking timelines depend on the platform. On Ozon and Wildberries, complaints are typically reviewed within 1 to 7 business days. With a properly filed complaint supported by evidence, most listings are blocked within 3–5 days.
Our agents visit retail stores posing as regular customers, document the presence of counterfeits with photos and video, and make test purchases with receipt collection. Results are notarized and used as evidence in court.
Under Russian law, compensation for trademark infringement ranges from ₽10,000 to ₽5,000,000 per infringement, or double the value of the counterfeit goods. The specific amount depends on the scale of the infringement and regional judicial practice.
